''Innocent'' ! i think we must categorise it... Everything is determined by the actions circle ! If the circle is Cihad of Kelimatullah... who is the innocent ?

1) he or she is a Muslim but he or she has a rights... But can we say generally innocent to establish islam or khilafeh... !
